Certain products are non-returnable due to their nature. These include, but are not limited to:

- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your product(s).
Packaging and Shipping:
- Carefully package the items you wish to return to prevent damage during shipping.
- Please include the original packing slip, a copy of your order confirmation, or any other relevant documents.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, you will need to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Photos: We may request photographs of the damaged or defective product to help resolve the issue.
Shipping Errors: If your order was shipped incorrectly, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the incorrect items.

6. Cancellations

We strive to fulfill orders quickly, so cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and we will not be able to cancel it.
